Find Out How Panera Bread Is Putting Preservatives Back Where They Belong…In Fireworks!

Preservatives With Purpose

Many people are becoming more and more aware of what’s in their food. We don’t always take into consideration all of the preservatives like Sodium Benzoate. For those of you who don’t know, Sodium Benzoate is an artificial preservative found in sauces, jellies, and even pickled foods. But, for those who are also not aware, sodium benzoate actually belongs in fireworks!!! Yes, you heard that right…fireworks!

We need to be more aware of what we are eating and the choices that we are making. That’s why when I bring my family out to eat we choose Panera Bread. We know that we are getting fresh food that we can count on.

So to celebrate the removal of all artificial preservatives from Panera food, they brought Independence Day fireworks to the one and only Johnston City, IL…for the first time in 10 years!
