Let Them Take The Lead
As a parent, you always want to do everything for you child and it’s hard to let go. However, it is so important to let your child take the lead. Let them be creative, let them learn, and let them imagine! Letting them take the lead is allowing them to assess their environment. They watch how others interact mostly through play.

Being Attuned
When playing with your children the simplest way to really help them is to be completely attuned to what they are doing. This can be as simple as watching what they are playing with and asking them open-ended questions about it.

Developing Their Attention Spans Through Play
You also may have noticed that toddlers have a short attention span by nature, but parents can help them develop their concentration skills. You can do this by sitting down and showing them how to play with the same toys in different ways.
