Elevate your baby shower or gender reveal with these darling Gender Reveal Confetti Cookies – you can customize with sprinkles and cookie shapes.
Ingredients
store bought shortbread cookie dough
pink or blue sprinkles (or both for male/female twins)
black gel icing
white royal icing
cookie cutter of choice
Preparation
Cut a hole in 1/3 of the cookies and bake as directed on package.
Stack two cookies: one full cookie on the bottom, and a cookie with a hole on the top.
Seal togeather with royal icing, and fill the hole with the sprinkles of choice.
Place another full cookie on top of the sprinkle pocket, sealing with white icing.
Decorate the top cookies with white royal icing, or as desired. When the icing has hardened, use additional white royal icing or black gel icing to draw questions marks.
