To make this delicious Thanksgiving recipe:
Put 14 ounces of fresh cranberries into a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Grate 2 teaspoons of orange zest and add to the cranberries.
Next, peel four oranges, chopping the segments into bite-size pieces.
Roughly chop 1/4 cup of mint, dice 1/2 cup of red onion and 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar and mix everything into the cranberry mixture.
Serve garnished with fresh chopped mint.
