Top 5 Most Effective Household Cleaning Products
5 Cleaning Products That Are Actually Worth Your Money
As busy parents, we are always looking for ways to be more efficient and to save money. Therefore, when shopping for cleaning products for our home, we want the ones that will do the best job with the least amount of time and effort. The following is a list of products that will help you to be efficient and to do the job well. As a mom of three small children, I have tried quite a few products, but these are some of my favorites. I tried to compile a list of standard cleaning products, as well as some more natural options.
Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
This handy little sponge is great at taking the marks off of your surfaces, such as painted walls and tile floors. Fingerprints, soap scum, and crayon marks are easily scrapped away with this sponge. The bonus is that you don’t need any cleaning product with it. It is water activated.
Clorox Cleanup with Bleach
I use this product a lot, primarily in the kitchen and bathrooms. As bathroom and kitchen sinks are some of the dirtiest places you can find in your house, I like having a product with bleach that kills lots of germs. It gets tough stains off of counters and sinks, works great to combat mold, and sanitizes. Although you can smell the bleach in it, I don’t find the smell to be overly powerful.
Windex
Windex is great for windows and mirrors, but is also great for appliances and chrome. I also like to bring it out to my car to touch up the windows and wipe down surfaces quickly.
Distilled White Vinegar
I started using this when my children were little babies. I did not want them to be exposed all of the chemicals and cleaning products because they put everything in their mouth and were crawling all over the floor. I use it for mopping my floors, washing windows, and adding an extra layer of sanitizer to laundry.
Murphy’s Oil Soap
This product is great for your wood floors, baseboards, and cabinets. You can use it on tile and laminate floors, too. It is not harmful to your pets and kids. It also smells amazing!
Although there are many more products out there that are great as well, this beginners list will get your house clean in no time!
