Unbelievably Airy Omelet Soufflé Recipe

Your eggs are about to get a whole lot fluffier. Treat yourself to a fancy breakfast with this easy souffléed omelet.

Ingredients

3 large eggs
salt
butter
shredded cheddar
green onion (garnish)

Preparation

Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls. Scramble the yolks until foamy, then add a pinch of salt to the whites and whip until stiff peaks form.

Add half of the fluffy whites to the yolks and whisk until combined. Then fold in the second half of the whites into the yolk mixtures until combined.

Heat your pan of choice and add 1 pat of butter, after the butter has melted add the egg mixture to the pan.

Smooth the top of your omelet and add desired amount of shredded cheddar to the top.

Place another pan over the top of your omelet to promote even browning and cook for 3 minutes until the omelet is puffed and the bottom is browned.

Fold over your omelet and serve topped with chopped green onions.
