As much as we workout, sometimes it is difficult to rid of those spots on our body that hold a lot of our fat. Most physicians and nutritionists will tell you that your diet is 80% of your weight loss, while exercise is only 20%. There are a number of foods that you can eat that are still absolutely delicious, but can help you flush away the fat as well. A lot of these foods might even be some of your favorites!

Yes! Guac is a great food to help flush fat. So don’t feel so guilty when they say “guac is extra”.

Sweet potatoes are not only so delicious but also are packed with antioxidants. This starch helps to lower insulin, which prevents all of those calories from becoming visceral fat.

The ultimate protein, eggs are the best way to start your day. They will keep you full, longer and can really help you rid of the belly fat.

Packed with antioxidants, berries are the best snack to keep you satiated and keep the chub at bay.
