5 Yoga Moves for Toned Arms

Looking to tone those arms? Here are 5 great yoga moves to help get your arms looking great in time for summer.

#1 Plank Reach

With your body in plank position, first reach your right arm directly out in front of you, then return it back to its’ original position. Repeat with your left arm.

#2 Side Plank Circles

In side plank position, circle your extended arm around in a giant circle. Switch sides.

#3 Tabletop Reach

In reverse tabletop position with your tummy facing the ceiling, reach one arm forward and up to the sky, then back down to the floor. Repeat on the other side.

#4. Tabletop Dips

In reverse tabletop position with your tummy facing the ceiling, dip your booty down to the ground while bending your elbows. Push your booty back up toward the ceiling and straighten your arms.

#5. Dolphin Kick-Outs

In dolphin position, with your forearms on the ground and your bottom straight up in the air, first kick one leg straight up toward the ceiling, then back down. Repeat on the other side.
