5 Yoga Poses for Flat Abs

Try out these 5 yoga poses and finally get those flat abs that you’ve wanted!

#1 Dynamic Down Dog

Starting in traditional Down Dog position, move forward into Plank position, then back to Down Dog again. Repeat.

#2 Plank Step-Outs

Begin in traditional Plank pose with your hands positioned on the floor directly under your shoulders. First, step out to the right of your body with your right foot while maintaining Plank pose with the rest of your body, then bring your foot back to its’ original position. Do the same on the left foot. Repeat.

#3 Down Dog Curls

Begin in Down Dog pose. First bring your right knee and nose together, while squeezing your abs. Return your right leg to its’ original position, then bring your left knee and nose together. Repeat.

#4 Dolphin Press

Begin in Forearm Plank position. Push back into Dolphin pose (Down Dog on your forearms instead of hands), then back to plank. Repeat.

#5 Down Dog Core Burner

Begin in traditional Down Dog position. Press your left leg straight into the air, then bend your knee toward your elbow, then back out straight. Repeat and then switch sides.

You will feel the burn in no time!
