Whether you’re wearing a strapless, slinky, or high slit dress on the big day, here are the only exercises you’ll need for your wedding day target areas.

Wedding Ready Exercises

weddingworkoutpic1 Lateral jumping lunges are a great exercise if you are looking to tone your legs and butt. These are a great exercise if you are wearing a dress with a slit.
 
weddingworkoutpic2 If you are wearing a strapless dress, doing a dumbbell clean and press is a great exercise to target your arms, chest muscles and shoulders.
 
weddingworkoutpic3 If you are wearing a slinky sheath dress, you are going to want to work your whole body, including your core. Doing pounce push-ups will give you a whole body workout.
 
weddingworkoutpic4 If you want to show off your back in a backless dress, doing dumbbell plank rows is a great exercise to tighten those back muscles, as well as your core.
