Wedding Ready Exercises
Lateral jumping lunges are a great exercise if you are looking to tone your legs and butt. These are a great exercise if you are wearing a dress with a slit.
If you are wearing a strapless dress, doing a dumbbell clean and press is a great exercise to target your arms, chest muscles and shoulders.
If you are wearing a slinky sheath dress, you are going to want to work your whole body, including your core. Doing pounce push-ups will give you a whole body workout.
If you want to show off your back in a backless dress, doing dumbbell plank rows is a great exercise to tighten those back muscles, as well as your core.
For a deep plunging dress, doing diamond push-ups will get your breasts a bit of a lift.
When wearing a fit and flare dress, doing Swiss ball hip thrusts with a hamstring curl is going to target the hamstrings.
Do 3 sets with 15 reps of each at least three times a week.
