Are You A Sugar Burner Or A Fat Burner?

Bella Breakdown

People generally choose foods that allow them to burn more sugar or more fat. Which one are you? It’s important to know, because one will help you stay healthier, have more energy, and lose more weight.

Being a fat burner is more beneficial because sugar burners go through food more quickly and therefore have to eat more. Overall, it causes tons of spikes and plummets in energy, as opposed to feeling satisfied for longer periods of time with fat.

So how do you know which one you are? Well, sugar burners tend to feel hungrier more frequently, and therefor always have to eat on time.

If a meal is late or if they skip a meal, they will most likely get hangry and the cookie monster will come out. If you have dips in energy and often crave foods, then you are probably a sugar burner.

The scary thing is that sugar burner meals can look like a healthy option. For example, oatmeal for breakfast is a classic sugar burner meal. It looks healthy, but it’s really all carbs and you will not be full for a long time. Try eating eggs and avocado instead (both have healthy fats).

For lunch, as opposed to a wrap and chips, try a salad with tons of nuts, cheese, olives, olive oil, with some dark chocolate on the side. Finally, for dinner, try making salmon and veggies cooked in butter as opposed to pasta.
