Bella Breakdown

There is absolutely a reason that a bad fight with your significant other can leave you feeling physically ill. I myself, used to experience such bad anxiety that I wasn’t able to eat. This was a big indicator that not only was the fighting taking a huge toll on me, but that I was in a really bad relationship.

If you are constantly fighting with your partner, and feeling physical symptoms because of it, than keep reading, because that bad relationship could be wearing on your health.

Constant conflict over things such as finances, children, and family that is not being resolved in a calm manner can affect people’s health as badly as smoking and drinking can, especially for men. Your mental health is completely attached to your physical health, so when you are in mental turmoil, your body is going through turmoil as well.

Now, it is important to note that married couples in happy relationships actually tend to live longer. So if you’ve had a few spats with your partner, it isn’t a sign to give up. But, if you are constantly fighting and always feeling physically unwell, it is time to reconsider your relationship. You are not at your best when your health isn’t at it’s best.
