Better Skin While You Sleep

We all want beautiful, healthy, glowing, blemish-free skin. It is just what we want. However, it can seem really difficult to obtain. I don’t know about you guys, but I pretty much have to set multiple alarms if I want to remember to drink a sufficient amount of water for my skin. Skin care doesn’t always have to be something you’re constantly thinking about, you can take care of your skin in your sleep! Here’s how:

1. Sleep!
Seriously, the first step is to actually get enough sleep. When you sleep, your body goes through a restoration and regeneration process. More sleep also means you won’t wake up with bags or dark circles under your eyes.

2. Take Your Makeup Off
Okay, so this might require some thinking, but you should really make sure to remove your makeup and wash your face every night. That way your pores are not being clogged with makeup and dirt from the day.

3. Apply Moisturizer
Applying retinol-based products, especially heavily around the eyes and mouth, will help rejuvenate your skin. This will help fight off signs of aging, and keep your skin looking brighter.

4. Sleep With A Humidifier
The humidifier will reduce dry air that causes faster aging. The key to young, healthy looking skin is moisture, moisture, moisture.
