To make the spooky treats, cut bat shapes with a cookie cutter out of a soft tortilla.


Use a paring knife to trim the edges. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, dip your bats into melted coconut oil, then dip them into the sugar mixture.

Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil, then place a wire rack on top. Put your sugar-covered bats on top of the rack.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

After they have cooled, put black gel icing around the edges of the bats, as well as a base for the eyes. Stick on candy eyes.
