Chocolate Covered Apple Pops

Apple pops are the brilliant alternative to caramel apples, and they’re way easier too.
Ingredients
1 c. large semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. coconut oil
2 large apples
Caramel sauce, for drizzling
Melted white chocolate, for drizzling
crushed oreos
Crushed Pretzels
rainbow sprinkles

To Make:
Slice the apples into rounds, then poke a hole in the bottom with a knife.
Put the popsicle stick into the hole to make a handle.
Combine melted chocolate with coconut oil and dip each pop to cover.
Lay them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate the chocolate covered pops for 10 minutes.
Next, drizzle the pops with melted white chocolate and melted caramel.
Then, top with pretzels, sprinkles, M&M’s
