Chocolate Mousse Crumble

Bella Breakdown
Treat you sweet tooth to some serious chocolaty goodness that’s seriously kinda good for you too. The great part of this chocolate pudding that also has a crust to it without all those extra heavy ingredients.

chocolatemoussecrumbleStart by blending the mix of nuts and dates in your food processer, press into you man and freeze for a few hours until hard:
•1/3 c. raw cashews
•1/3 c. raw walnuts
•1/3 c. raw almonds
•15 dates
Next, for the pudding part, throw your ingredients in together in a bowl and mix until fully combined:
•1 can unsweetened coconut milk
•3 tbsp cocoa powder
•¼ c. agave nectar
•2 tsp vanilla extract
•¼ tsp peppermint extract (optional)

Pour over your crust and chill until fully set. This recipe makes great use of the coconut milk, adding that nice creamy texture without the excess dairy that eating a bowl full of pudding might bring on. And unless you polish off the whole pan yourself – not that we’d blame you – you’ll be safe from a sugary high and floating in chocolate bliss.
