Just because it’s the holiday time doesn’t mean we have to wake up every morning stuffing ourselves full of candy canes and fruit cakes! This refreshing smoothie couldn’t be easier to make or more delicious and offers a healthy option for holiday cheer.

All you’ll need to start your day with some Christmas cranberry goodness is:

• Cinnamon
• Honey
• Apple Juice
• Vanilla Essence
• Plain Yogurt
• Cranberries

Combine all of your ingredients in a blender, adjusting quantities to taste and blend. This is perfect for the morning after christmas when no one wants to move a muscle and everyone acted like gluttons the night before. Make a large batch and serve in medium sized mason jar with a festive red and white paper straw for extra pizzaz!
