To make this delicious soup, you will need 100 grams blueberries (3.5 ounces), 100 mL water (3.5 ounces), 1 Tbsp potato flour and 2 Tbsp sugar.
Add water and sugar to the pan, then stir until the sugar dissolves.
Allow the sugar water to boil, then add the blueberries and continue to boil. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender.
In a bowl, mix potato flour with water and stir. Add the flour mixture to the soup and mix well.
Serve the soup with a dollop of whipped cream and almond cookies on top.
