To make traditional Indian wood printing blocks, you’ll need:

Pine wood blocks
Adult coloring book page
Pencil
Americana multi-surface satin paint
Paintbrush
Foam sheets
Jigsaw and Dremel

Using adult coloring books for inspiration, sketch a design onto the wooden block using a pencil.

Pencil the details in place. Using the jigsaw, cut out the shapes.

Using a Dremel, carve out the details with an engraving bit, then remove all rough edges with a sander.

Next, place a foam sheet under a piece of fabric. Dab the paint onto the painting block with a sponge. You can combine 2 colors for an ombre effect.

Stamp the designs onto the fabric. You can use the wood scraps to make small printing blocks. So cool!
