Don’t Give A Care About These Foods’ Bad Reputations

While growing up there have been a few foods that we all were warned about eating. From coffee to whole milk there are some foods that we may have been told are bad for us, but research shows you may want to start putting them in your diet.

Everyone was told coffee had many detrimental effects that didn’t seem to make the caffeinated beverage worth it. Now studies are proving that those who drank at least three to five cups a day were 15% less likely to die from any cause compared to non-coffee drinkers. So head to your local coffee shop and get that size large like you’ve been wanting.

Scared those eggs are going to affect your cholesterol? Don’t worry too much because those dietary fears that once plagued our parents and generations before us aren’t the biggest issue. Eggs are a big source for protein and other nutrients that important for brain development.

Recently, almond milk and other varieties of milk made from nuts have become the dietary trend. That doesn’t mean whole milk should be pushed to the back of the refrigerated shelves. Not only is whole milk a good source for calcium, protein, fat, vitamin D, and other nutrients, but the drink is connected to making drinkers a lower-risk for obesity.
