First there was Marie Kondo, now Netflix is launching a new health and wellness docuseries centered around one of the biggest names in the lifestyle industry, Goop. That’s right, Gwyneth Paltrow’s luxury lifestyle company is now coming to your television. The company has already made forays into cookbook publishing, apparel brands and more, so this next step is a logical choice for the wellness empire.
“She’s always looking for white space,” says chief content officer Elise Loehnen. “Whether it’s developing physical products or thinking of content. With this show, I think she’s only really interested in opportunities where we can uniquely be ourselves and do things potentially disruptive.”
There have not been many details released yet, but you can expect some groundbreaking discussions and truly inspiring stories. On the show Paltrow and guests talk about everything from fitness to feminine hygiene.
The Netflix series is set to be launched in the fall of this year, and we just can’t wait to see Paltrow and Loehnen inspire us with their wisdom.
