Healthy and Delicious Apple Smoothie

Want something seasonal and tasty for breakfast? We have just the perfect thing. Grab your blender and a sack of fresh picked apples for the best smoothie you’ve had all year!
All you need is:
• Apple
• Banana
• ½ c. Orange Juice
• 1 tsp. Honey (optional)
• splash, Vanilla Extract
• ground, Flax Seeds
• 1 c. Ice Cubes
Start by cutting up an apple, granny smith is delicious, but you can use any kind you want. It’s definitely more delicious when you pick them yourself!
Begin to layer your smoothie in the blender starting with your roughly chopped apple.
Next add one banana for texture and to add some natural sweetness.
For additional sweetness add just a little bit of honey, you really don’t need more than a teaspoon. You can also add in a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Top with your ice, blend and enjoy!
