We have all been in this situation before. Where you wear a white shirt and even though you’ve successfully kept it stain-free you still end your day seeing that the shirt has fallen victim to armpit stains. For the next time you have armpit stains try these techniques to get them out.

Aspirin:
Every home has aspirin in its medicine cabinet so it shouldn’t be hard to find. What you’ll want to do is crush two aspirins and mix the powder in 1/2 cup warm water. You’ll then soak the stained part of the garment in the solution for two to three hours. Try these 13 ways to make clothes smell better without doing laundry.

Dish soap:
Mix one part dish soap with two parts hydrogen peroxide, then scrub the stain and let it sit for an hour.

Meat tenderizer:
This may not be the first thing you think of when it comes to getting out stains, but hear us out. You can tenderize away hard-to-remove stains, so before you wash that damaged sweatshirt, dampen the armpit stain and sprinkle some meat tenderizer on it. Then just wash as usual.
