Do you suffer from jet lag? When being on a plane for hours, your skin will probably feel super dry and grimy since your body has lost a ton of water up in the sky! The best thing you can do right when you get off a plane is to hydrate.

You might be tempted for something like a glass of wine after stressful flights, but you should definitely drink water over everything else! Have a cute water bottle like a Swell bottle can remind you to hydrate. Drinking a ton of herbal tea or a supplement in your water like some electrolyte tablets can help you replenish Your body faster!

Right after you get home from your flight… or to your destination, you should always wash your face as quickly as you can, or jump in the shower. Since your skin ends up so dry, it is important to use a hydrating cleanser that doesn’t contain foam.

The Fresh Soy Face Cleanser, which will gently remove all dirt off your face without drying up your skin. Or a more mild cleanser Like the Drunk Elephant Jelly Cleanser. The cleansers contain a clear gel-like consistency and are super soft on your skin especially if you tend to be more sensitive!

After cleansing your face, use a toner that doesn’t contain alcohol. Clarins Toning Lotion with Chamomile or the Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner is both great options. After, try using a serum.

The last and most important step is using a hydrating moisturizer like Dermalogica Active Moist or Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer. Both very lightweight and great for restoring moisture to the skin!

By sticking to these steps you can get rid of jet lag quick!
