Jim Carrey Lends Support To A Struggling Ariana Grande

Jim Carrey had some kind words for his number one fan Ariana Grande. The songstress has been very open about her mental health struggles as of late and posted a photo of Carrey along with a quote detailing his battle with depression.

“Depression is your body saying, ‘I don’t want to be this character anymore. I don’t want to hold up this avatar that you’ve created in the world. It’s too much for me,” Carrey once said. Grande, whose former AIM name was jimcarreyfan42, then captioned the photo with “THE WHOLE LOML (love of my life) <3 forever."

What she might not have expected was her crush responding to her with some enlightening words to help her through those dark days. “I admire your openness. I wish you freedom and peace. I feel blessed to have such a gifted admirer. Happy Easter!” he wrote to her along with some more advice courtesy of Jeff Foster.

The interaction didn’t stop there because the “7 Rings” singer quickly followed up thanking the comedic actor. “thank u for taking the time to share this w me. you are such an inspiration. i can’t wait to tattoo this tweet to my forehead. sending you lots of love & all things happy,” she wrote.
