Start the 180s, in squat position, get low, making sure your knees never go past the tip of your toes, and squat, hop, hop, squat, landing soft, that’s your first level, when you’re ready get rid of those hops and just go from side to side.

Next, for the long jump starting your squat and jump as far as you can and shuffle back, picking up the speed if you want it to be a little more intense.

Then, move into the side lunge jumps. Start with feet together, lunge out to the side and come back to center, other side and back to center.

To make it a little harder, add a little jump in between and then an explosion from side to side.

Now, tuck jumps, get in that squat position and lift one leg up high, slam it with one hand and then the other.

Now jump straight up and slap both thighs at the same time. For lunge jumps, start in the center and lunge back, alternating arms and legs try jumping between lunges to notch it up.

Finally, finish this workout up with the speed skater. Just step it from side to side and then add a jump side to side.
