Multiple sources have confirmed that Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West are indeed expecting their fourth child, a baby boy. Kim has been very open about her struggled during her last pregnancy, where there were a variety of healthy scares and concerns. Kim and Kanye have decided to use a surrogate this time around, as they did with Chicago, who is now one. Kim and Kanye also have Saint, 3, and North, 5.

A source revealed to People that the current surrogate is not the same gestational carrier as the first time around. “Since they had another embryo, Kim and Kanye always knew they wanted to try and implant that embryo too,” the source said. “They hoped to work with the same gestational carrier, but it didn’t work out this time. They are working with a second carrier now that is pregnant and will give birth in the spring.”

Given Kim’s age, there would also be an increased risk for complications if she was to carry the child herself. Kim, 38, and Kanye, 41, seem to be passionate about growing their family though. We can only wonder if four will be the magic number, or will there be more baby Kimyes on the way!
