Kylie Jenner Is Being Sued

Kylie Jenner is a full fledged makeup mogul. Everybody knows it. She pretty much solidified her spot on the top of the world when she graced the cover of Forbes magazine as one of America’s female billionaires. Kylie only just turned 21 in August of 2018. Kylie, however has recently been put in some legal trouble regarding her makeup line.

Kylie Jenner is being sued by the Sheree makeup company. The company alleges that Kylie’s “Born to Sparkle” eyeshadow colors and packaging copies their own that they had trademarked back in 2016. Kylie has not reached out with any comment about the lawsuit. This is not Kylie’s first time being sued for her makeup products.

Now, I hate to side with Kylie, because regardless of the lawsuits, you know she’ll be fine. However, it isn’t uncommon for makeup colors to look the same. Nor is it necessarily uncommon for the packaging of any two products to look somewhat the same.

So, we will see what happens with this current lawsuit. But we all know Kris Jenner won’t let anything truly damage that empire. Kylie is not going to stop creating makeup any time soon, and let’s face it even her own products look similar to products she’s coming out with now. There aren’t that many kinds of beiges are there?!
