A simple lemon glaze goes a long way.
To make this dish, pour some olive oil into a nonstick pan and cook the salmon over medium heat for six minutes per side.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper then remove from the pan. Next, add butter to the pan then add minced garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Once the garlic is starting to cook, add slices of lemon, chicken broth and more pepper.
Simmer the sauce for five minutes, then add the salmon and simmer for a few minutes more while adding butter and parsley to the mixture.
This dish is glazed and amazed!
