Make Your Own Strawberry Cobbler

Making strawberry cobbler is easy as pie! As it starts to warm up, I find myself getting hungry for some summery treats and this recipe definitely does the trick. Check it out!

1. Mix together roughly two cups of bisquick with two tablespoons of brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add in a cup of milk, stir thoroughly and set aside.

3. In a second bowl, add a cup of sugar, two tablespoons of corn starch, and a teaspoon of salt. Mix it upppp!

4. Add in two cups of chopped strawberries and a teaspoon of vanilla. Stir that with the dry mixture until combined.

5. Line the strawberry mixture in the bottom of a high walled round or oval baking tin.

6. Clump the wet dough on top of the strawberries in large chunks.

7. Add a sprinkling of turbinado sugar to the top of the dough balls.

8. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

9. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

10. Serve with a fat scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
