Nick Jonas And Priyanka Chopra Are Married: First Glimpse Photos

Chopra and Jonas have primarily kept their wedding details to themselves, but the world was buzzing as speculation of a marriage circulated. Indeed, Chopra and Jonas tied the knot in an elaborate, three day event, encompassing both Chopra’s Indian Hindu background, and his Christian background.

The couple hosted 225 guests over the course of the weekend, and held the various events and ceremonies at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, which is the sixth-largest private home in the world. First was the Mehendi ceremony, where they were adorned with henna and received blessings from the family. The Sangeet followed that night with costumes, musical numbers and more.

The traditional Christian ceremony took place on the palace lawn, and was officiated by Nick’s father. Chopra was stunning in a custom Ralph Lauren gown accented with a 75-foot long veil. The whole night ended with a spectacular fireworks display, and we suspect, a lot of dancing.

Of course, we can’t help but wonder what a three day wedding held at a palace really costs. It is estimated that the entire event, not including the dresses, cost over $500,000. Chump change for a couple whose estimated worth is $53 million.

For the two love birds, it was the perfect weekend with family and friends, and a blending of cultures. “The emotions were running high during the ceremonies,” Jonas told People. “You know you think your whole life about that moment. Honestly, I could not have imagined it would be as perfect as it was. It was highly emotional.”
