For those who love a good martini or vodka-based mixed drink, it’s not hard to find a bottle of the spirit in your kitchen. However, if you’re looking for a new use for a bottle here are some new ways to get some use out of your vodka.

If you find yourself out of Windex then look no further than that bottle of vodka chilling in your freezer. Simply dilute the alcohol with water in a spray bottle of your choice, spray on the dirty windows and wipe clean with a lint-free cloth.

Also, get rid of that soap residue and water spots in your chrome sinks by soaking a cloth in vodka before giving the sink a good wipe down. If your dealing with mold and mildew, just spray the beverage on to the spots and let it sit for 30 minutes before scrubbing with a grout brush and rinsing thoroughly

Is your weed spray not working as advertised? Luckily, vodka is there to do the trick. Simply mix 1 ounce of vodka, a few drops of liquid dish soap, and 2 cups of water in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture to the weeds that grow in direct sunlight; the vodka will help remove the leaves’ waxy coating, causing them to dry out.
