Start seated, breathing nice and easy then put your left elbow on the mat and reach your right arm up and over giving your side a nice gentle stretch, come back to the center then repeat on the other side. Don’t let cramp cramp your style!

Stretch your legs open wide, reach your arms behind you and lift your pelvis up off the ground, give yourself a nice stretch opening up your belly, then come back down, let your hand reach out in front of your and sway from side to side.

Moving your belly around a little bit will help decrease your cramps, for a great hip opening, try the pigeon pose. Start with one shin forward and your other leg back behind you, stretch up and over your front leg. This should feel really good, repeat on the other side and give your body the love and gratitude it deserves.
