Selena Gomez’s Horror Instagram Teaser

Selena Gomez is going back into acting, but this will not be anything resembling a Disney production. She teased her new role in a short horror film A Love Story.

The short horror film was shot featuring Gomez with her friend and Petra Collins was the video director. During the launch party for the fragrance Gucci Bloom the director told Vanity Fair that she wanted to create a horror film with Gomez.

Some of the pictures an clips from the short film on Instagram shows the creepy nature of the film, with many of her fans that express their distaste in the new creepy film.

Scenes depict Gomez in a bathtub with what appears to be a human face and one of the more odd scenes when Gomez is shaving her legs in a living room with a chef’s knife and icing that she eats.

Many of the fans reacted in a negative way to this new short indie horror film that left many confused and creeped out. The fans also were negatively commenting about Gomez on Collins Instagram as well. Many see this as an attempt by Gomez to break away from her clean-cut Disney character image.

The short horror film was created to be featured on the new streaming video platform for Instagram, IGTV, and this short film gained quite the attention form the Instagram community. The new video platform allows users to watch videos that are up to an hour in length.
