Ever wondered what to do with that big bowl of pasta leftovers? Spaghetti Pie is your golden brown, crispy, cheesy answer!

  • leftover spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • grated provolone
  • grated mozzarella
  • ricotta
  • parmesan
  • red sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

Combine 2 eggs, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, red sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.

Add the cold leftover spaghetti and mix carefully.

Transfer to a springform pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray and sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake at 375° until browned, about 30 minutes.

Slice into wedges and enjoy!
