You’ll spin every cake lover’s head right ’round, right ’round with this AMAZING Swiss Roll cake.
FOR THE CAKE:
1 package Devil’s Food cake mix plus ingredients needed to prepare according to directions
FOR THE MARSHMALLOW FROSTING:
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 (7.5-oz) jar marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp. vanilla extract
FOR THE GANACHE:
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. heavy cream
16 Swiss Rolls, sliced crosswise
To make this delicious snack-based dessert, take a chocolate cake round and cover with marshmallow frosting.
Place the second round on top of the first.
Next, to make the ganache, pour hot cream over chocolate chips and stir to melt.
Pour the ganache over the top of the cake, allowing the chocolate to melt down the sides.
Slice the Swiss rolls and place them around the edges of the cake in rows, as well as along the top.
