These easy moves will make you feel grounded and help get your body moving. Our feet are made for both mobility and stability. After being stuffed into shoes all the time, the best thing for your feet is to feel the ground.

Some things you can do are to take your shoes off, walk around your house, and even stand up on tippy-toes.

Another great exercise is to take your foot and weave your fingers between your toes, then wiggle, stretch, and massage your toes and feet.
