2. Naps on naps: Of course naps help you catch up on lack of sleep, but naps can also reduce stress and help with concentration. There is actually a U.K. based fitness center has classes that are based around napping…called nap-ercise. The 60 minute class involves 15 minutes of gentle stretching, followed by nap time that involves beds, sleeping masks and plenty of pillows and blankets. Time to book your flight!
