Tips For The Last Minute Packer

Bella Breakdown

I cannot help but pack at the last minute. It is as if I’m addicted to the added stress of travel. Last minute packing isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but you are definitely prone to forgetting certain things. So, what is the best way to pack when you like to procrastinate from packing?

1. Use small luggage, that way you aren’t dealing with any unexpected size restrictions if you’re hopping on a plane. You’ll also be limiting taking time packing too many clothes that you might never actually wear.

2. Make a list of the things you need. That way you aren’t sitting there deciding what to bring. Have your list that way you can just grab and go. Put the most important things, such as your ID, passport, wallet, etc., at the top of the list.

3. If you are an avid traveler, keep a specific drawer in your house dedicated to traveling. Keep it stocked with travel essentials, that way when it’s time to head out you can just put everything right into your suitcase.

Last minute packing isn’t the worst habit in the world, however there are ways to ensure that your procrastination doesn’t damage any of your travel days.
