Here’s a a simple way to whip up a batch of pumpkin pie cream cheese any time you want.
All you’ll need for this easy and delicious recipe is:
- 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. toasted pecans
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Combine a 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (store bought is definitely as good if not better than home made), an 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese and a 1/4 cup of brown sugar in a medium sized bowl and stir until smooth.
Sprinkle in about a 1/4 cup of broken up pecan pieces and a 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
Spread generously on a nicely toasted bagel and enjoy for seasonal breakfast perfect for getting you in the holiday mood!
