Voluminous Tricks For Thin Hair

Bella Breakdown

I have always had thin, fine hair, but a lot of it. For those of you who have struggled with fine hair, you know that there is no way you are going to sleep with wet hair, because when you wake up it is knot city. Fine hair knots and tangles super easily.

It is also really prone to looking stringy and greasy. Worst of all, fine thin hair looks really flat. Seriously, a lot of the time, I look like my hair is permanently stuck to my scalp. Curling your hair is always iffy, because who knows if it will stay very long? So how do those of us with thin hair get some volume!?

1. After a shower, add in some volumizing cream or spray into freshly washed hair. Once it has dried, add a texturizing spray. This works really well for short bob haircuts.

2. For those who have fine and wavy hair, wash and condition well. Let your hair air dry and spray the roots with dry shampoo.

3. If you have oily roots and dry ends, it’s best to use a moisturizing, volumizing shampoo and then blow dry your hair upside down. To avoid the dry, fried looking ends, rub a bit of anti-frizz serum on them.
