1. The condition of the roof: How old is the roof? What kind of shape is it in? These simple questions could save you a lot of money in the long run, and help you from paying for repairs after closing the deal.
2. Check the plumbing: Make sure you check the age of the water heater, the type of piping the home has and when it was installed.
3. Electrical conditions: If the home is older than 30 years of age, get an electrician to come in and check the wiring. It’s better to be safe than sorry!
