Chrissy Teigen Lands Major Hulu Deal For Cooking Show

Chrissy Teigen is taking her social media likability to the small screen. The former model and current wife of John Legend has signed on for a two-year development deal with Hulu.

In a press release issued by the streaming platform, Teigen will be hosting a new cooking series along with New York chef David Chang. Chang recently received his own hosting fame with his Netflix series ‘Ugly Delicious,’ which was renewed for a second season.

Chang’s Majordomo Media and Teigen’s Suit & Thai Productions teamed up with Vox Media to create the food-focused talk show titled ‘Family Style.’ The series will revolve around the ways people express their love to friends and family through cooking and eating together.

“The type of programming we want to do is entertaining and accessible but it’s also not going to be the current food programming that you see on TV anywhere,” said Vox Media CEO Jim Bankoff.

‘Family Style’ isn’t the only show Teigen will be working on. With her two-year production deal, the ‘Lip Sync Battle’ host also has the option to create even more programming for the streaming platform whether that is through more cooking shows or a scripted series.

There is no news on when fans will be able to see Teigen and Chang co-host but watch the video above to learn more about Hulu’s future programming.
