Cauliflower is the renaissance man of vegetables. It can be cooked in so many different ways and be added as an appropriate side to so many different dishes. You can make it super healthy or cook it with butter and fry it to fatty perfection. In order to prepare it correctly, you need to add a few magic touches to your process.
Step number one is getting rid of the leaves and the base of the stem. You only want those whiteheads and the last part of the stem, nothing more, nothing less. Then, you want to cut the cauliflower into individual, bite-sized pieces. Each piece should be one flower or less. Once you have done this, there are multiple ways to cook your cauliflower.
