Mini-Workout: Triangle Oblique

Just throw on that work out outfit you bought with the tags still on it in the back of your closet and pop on this quick vid.

This butt exercise has you starting with one hand and one knee on the ground – you could use a yoga mat or towel to cushion the movements if you’re on a hard surface.

Make a nice triangle, raising your leg and focusing on your obliques, adding a little bonus in there with your leg and really crunching your side to work them out.

The goal is to go until they burn and then work past the burn. So start out with 30 seconds on each side of the body and work your way up, at your own level and speeding, eventually working your way up to one minute.
