Who better to get fitness tips from than an olympiad? Chloe Woodruff, who competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics as a cross-country cyclist, is giving everyone her successful fitness tips to keep you motivated. Choose what fuels YOU wisely. Everyone is different, so choose the food that is best for you. On Chloe’s toughest days, including race days, she eats oatmeal with fruit and nits for breakfast. Find yourself a workout buddy! They will help you get out of the door and to the gym on days where you aren’t feeling so motivated.

Make sure whatever fitness you are doing is actually fun. Find a fun workout class that you enjoy going to. Visualize your goals during your workout. Chloe also says stretching before and after your workout to limit injury. And lastly, she emphasizes consistency over perfection. Schedule your workouts and stick to that schedule. Pick up on some of these tips and you may be on your way to being an olympiad too!
