Starbucks Unveils New Summer Drink Menu And Celebrates Lady Gaga’s New Music

Starbucks is at it again with its new revamped menu for summer including a new pink drink that looks delicious and refreshing. The new pink drink is the Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink that is deliciously non-dairy including coconut ilk, passionfruit, pineapple, ginger, and guava.
The new pink drink is inspired by Starbucks’ Pineapple Matcha and Golden Green Ginger nondairy drinks that are refreshing for summer as well. Starbucks is also bringing back another summer favorite, the S’mores Frappacino which combines the yummy campfire treat with coffee for a fun spin on a milkshake.

Starbucks also partnered with Lady Gaga to celebrate the release of her new single featuring Ariana Grande, “Rain On Me,” fans can post a screenshot or selfie along with the hashtag #RainOnMeBUCKS of them listening to the new song when it drops on May 22 for a free Starbucks drink of your choice!
They’ll also be adding some new food items including a cute Unicorn cake pop and a new protein box with chicken and hummus. Though some Starbucks are limiting business due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic the coffee company is working to open more locations so more people can come in and enjoy the new summer treats.
On March 21, Starbucks announced the closure of all the locations without drive-thrus and implementing a drive-thru only policy for customers, creating quite long lines and wait times. Starbucks is also working to provide a safer experience for the customers and the workers with contactless payment and delivery, also offering in-app payments for orders.

Currently, Starbucks has reopened 85% of storefronts since stay-at-home orders have started to lift in certain regions. Starbucks says that they plan on having approximately 90% of stores reopened by June and is working on updating safety protocols with sanitizing and cleaning.
