The 2019 VMAs took place this week and when people weren’t watching the performance all eyes were on the red carpet fashion looks. Like all red carpets some stars knocked their looks out of the park, but there were some that maybe should’ve did a wardrobe change.

Say what you want about Taylor Swift, but one thing you can’t say is that the singer doesn’t know how to rock a red carpet. The singer had a big award show night and she started it all out with a bang wearing an 80’s feel Versace outfit. Brightly colored, Swift brought Miami to the New Jersey show.

Lizzo has slowly, but surely made her mark on the music industry and it was no different when it came to fashion. Wearing a shimmering red dress, the “Truth Hurts” singer completed her look with a feather boa.

However, while these two ladies came dressed to impress others didn’t do the same. Like Diplo, who came dressed as if he was going to a Halloween costume party.
