If you were looking forward to the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year you may be a little disappointed. After years of runway looks from Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum and more wearing the infamous angel wings, longtime VS model Shanina Shaik says it may all be no more.

The model spoke to Australian publication The Daily Telegraph and announced the news that “unfortunately Victoria’s Secret show won’t be happening this year.” The undergarment brand has been criticized for years for its lack of diversity and inclusion and after recent controversy may have decided to re-brand.

This re-branding may be due to declining ratings and in May The New York Times reported that the show wouldn’t be broadcasted on network TV anymore. CEO of VS’s parent company, Les Wexner, confirmed that they’ve “decided to rethink the traditional Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Going forward, we don’t believe network television is the right fit.”

Wexner added, “we’re focusing on developing exciting and dynamic content and a kind of event — delivered to our customers on platforms that she’s glued to…and in ways that will push the boundaries in the global digital age.”
