Sweet and savory has always been a delectable combination, but what about savory ice cream? Now, I don’t know about you but if I’m eating ice cream, I really enjoy a sweet flavor. However, one ice cream shop in Oregon has decided to lean into the foodie craze, and create some Thanksgiving flavored ice creams. The real question is, are you a dedicated enough Thanksgiving person to brave these odd ice cream flavors? Well if you think you are, and you happen to be in the Oregon area in the next few weeks, ice cream shoppe ‘Salt & Straw’ will be serving up five Thanksgiving inspired flavors. So is you mouth watering, or has your curiosity just piqued? Because mine sure has. Although, I will admit, I’m having a hard time imagining what exactly salted caramel turkey is going to taste like. I’m sort of fearing that it will be like a cold, sweet, cat food. But who knows? ‘Salt & Straw’ could very well be on the brink of a genius invention that will be in stores nation wide by next year?
